Is Your My Disney Experience Account Ready to Book Lightning Lanes?

Before you go to purchase your Lightning Lanes, you’ll want to make sure you have a few things already set up…

You set your alarm for 6:55am EST, head to your computer, and log in to your My Disney Experience account.

You go to purchase your Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass at 7:00am EST, only to have this screen confront you:

Someone in your party is unable to get Lightning Lanes. This could be for a few reasons…

It could be that you signed in a little too early. Let’s hope that’s the case. Go back to the previous screen and try again at 7:00am.

Another reason could be that one or more of your tickets isn’t linked in your My Disney Experience account. Don’t let this happen to you!

Make sure your tickets are linked in advance!

To make sure everyone in your group has a ticket linked, login to your My Disney Experience account on the computer.

Next hover over “My Disney Experience,” and then click “My Plans.”

Then scroll down and you will see everyone in your party with 4 icons next to each name. (If you don’t see any names, then you need to link your reservation to your account. CLICK HERE to see how to do that.)

As long as each person’s ticket is blue, you are good to purchase Lightning Lanes at your scheduled window!

If someone is missing a ticket, you will see this:

No biggie. Just reach out to your Main Street Vacation Planner or call the number shown, and the Help Desk will get it all sorted out!

After your phone call (or during it), go ahead and hop back into your account, and double check that everyone has blue tickets. Then you’re good to go!
